Exhibitors will be notified of the status of their application by Sunday, July 1. Please keep an eye on all your inboxes and SPAM/JUNK folders.

  • The 3/edition Toronto International Art Book Fair will take place
    between October 26–28, 2018 at Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

  • Please describe your organization briefly with an emphasis on what materials you would like to exhibit Edition Toronto.
  • All tables are 8' x 30". Half table $175+HST | Full table $350+HST
  • If you would like to share your table with another exhibitor, please note your request here. Please also ask them to complete their own application, and to list you as shared as well!
    You can purchase a white corrugate wall, at an additional cost of $100+HST. The 6ft tall wall will be placed behind your table, and you will be able to customize it.

  • Publishers, galleries or artists who can’t attend the fair, but would still like to share their books with our visitors, can donate two copies of any books or publications to the /edition Library. Donated books will be displayed for the entirety of the fair and will then become a part of the Division and Arsenal Contemporary Art Gallery permanent library.

    If you would like to share your table with another exhibitor, please note your request here. Please tell the other exhibitor to list you as the business or person they want to share their table with on their application!

    Do you want to hold any special events during the fair, such as book signings or new publication/edition launches? If yes, please list them. We will have a designated table at Edition for these events. Depending on the number of requests for events/signings we receive, time slots may become limited. For this reason, please list any special events/signings you’d like to have starting with your ’most important’. We will do our best to accommodate exhibitor requests equitably.

  • Publishers, galleries or artists who can't attend the fair but would still like to share their books with our visitors, can donate two copies of any books, magazines, zines or printed ephemera which we will put on display for the entirety of the fair and will then become a part of the Division and Arsenal Contemporary Art Gallery permanent library.
